Who are we?
We are a small family of sea, nature, and tranquility lovers, enchanted by the hidden beauties of the island of Vis.
Amidst the unique Mediterranean vegetation, with beautifully preserved nature and stunning beaches, the Popović family warmly welcomes all dear guests seeking a true retreat in the peace and serenity of Vis.
We offer six one-bedroom apartments (2+1), each with a private entrance, secured parking, and terraces overlooking the sea and nearby islands.
Villa Mare is located above the town beach Gusarica, with just a few steps leading to the sea, while the town center is only a short walk away. Villa Mare is open all year round, and we also offer accommodation in Villa Kala.

Our story began 30 years ago with a one-day trip to the island of Vis. From that moment on, we decided to become a part of this island – every single day.
We are a small family of sea, nature, and tranquility lovers, enchanted by the hidden beauties of Vis. We started working in tourism to share our love for this unique place with you. We cherish the tradition of a warm, home-like atmosphere, ensuring that our guests feel comfortable and return home with beautiful memories that will last a lifetime.

Reservation and Cancellation Terms
- Third person stay: child under 6 free, above 6 – €20 per night.
- Cleaning fee: €30 per stay.
- Reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.
- In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Children under 12 stay free, while over 12 are charged €20 per night.
