Villa Mare consists of 6 one-bedroom apartments, specifically 3 houses.
The maximum capacity per apartment is 2+1 persons, and we can offer accommodation for a total of 18 persons.
Each house has an apartment on the ground floor and one on the upper floor.

If the apartment is available and suits your needs, we will send you a reservation offer. To confirm, a deposit payment of 30% of the total cost is required. After receiving the deposit, we will send you a booking confirmation.
The remaining amount (minus the deposit) is payable in cash or by bank transfer on the day of arrival.
In case of an early departure, the full reserved amount must still be paid.
Nightly rates are based on a stay for 1-2 persons. Each apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 persons, regardless of age.

Additional Costs:

• Third person stay: free for children up to 6 years, over 6 years – €20 per night
• Cleaning fee: €30 per stay
• Pet cleaning fee: €50 per stay

Reservation Cancellation
The deposit is non-refundable.
It can be applied to another booking by agreement.
